Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client, a leader in enterprise transformation in manufacturing and supply chain, seeks a SAP Business Analyst to join the Business Solutions Department in Durham, NC. You will bridge business and IT to ensure SAP initiatives meet regulatory and operational needs.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions, elicit and validate requirements, and lead testing for SAP ECC and S/4HANA upgrades in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise applications, SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, and QM.
• Experience with SOX, CSV, and GxP compliance.
• Proficiency with Jira, SAP ALM or SAP Tricentis, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business, IT and partners to drive SAP initiatives.
• Elicit, document, analyze and validate requirements for SAP solutions.
• Lead testing activities: SIT, UAT, regression and validation for SAP upgrades.
• Collaborate to create process docs, training materials and data governance.
• Support deployment, change management and post-implementation stabilization.
