Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.

Responsibilities

What's the Job?

• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to facilitate successful SAP and enterprise application initiatives.
• Elicit, document, analyze, and validate business and system requirements to ensure solutions meet operational and regulatory needs.
• Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, and validation to guarantee quality and functionality of SAP S/4HANA upgrades and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop process documentation, training materials, and support data governance initiatives.
• Support deployment, change management, and post-implementation stabilization activities to ensure seamless adoption and performance.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, especially SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality Management.
• Experience with requirements management, testing, validation, and compliance standards such as SOX, CSV, and GxP.
• Proficiency with test management tools like Jira, SAP ALM, or SAP Tricentis, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
