Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a senior PMO professional to support SAP BRIM transformation programs in a demanding environment. You will manage plans, risks, and communications across multiple workstreams with project managers, BRIM leads, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes reporting, governance, and coordination, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PMO/project management experience, preferably in SAP programs.
• Understanding of SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong skills in project tracking, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
• Maintain RAID logs and track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and follow‑ups.
• Track project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and vendor activities.
• Coordinate across BRIM workstreams such as CC, CM, CI, SOM, and FI‑CA.
• Support testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare planning.
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
• Facilitate communication between business, IT, vendors, and system integrators.
