ManpowerGroup's Experis is seeking a Program Manager to lead SAP BRIM transformation projects in Foster City, CA. You will partner with project managers, BRIM leads, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to drive governance, planning, and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years PMO experience, knowledge of SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash, and strong skills in dashboards, RAID management, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PMO/project management experience, preferably supporting SAP programs.
• Understanding of SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong project tracking, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience building clear dashboards and executive-ready updates.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, coordination, and reporting of SAP BRIM transformation programs.
• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and actions.
• Maintain RAID logs and ensure timely tracking, escalation, resolution.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
• Coordinate testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare planning.
