Innovatech Staffing is seeking a seasoned SAP IS-U expert to act as Billing SME and advisor on customer service processes. The role focuses on exception handling, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across billing operations.

The candidate will conduct in-depth analyses, propose strategic optimizations, and support testing and implementation of changes, including travel to NY or Portland, ME as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with IS-U specialization.
• Serve as SME for Billing processes, exception management and regulatory support.
• Provide in-depth research, analysis and recommendations on Customer Service processes.
• Support business process analysis, workflow optimization, testing and implementation.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME for SAP Billing and IS-U related exception handling.
• Perform research and analytics on customer service operations and performance.
• Recommend improvements and drive implementation of operational changes.
• Assist with testing, validation and rollout of process enhancements.

Location: Remote with 25% travel to NY or Portland, ME

Job Description:

• 7+ years of SAP experience and must have IS-U experience
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Billing processes and transactions, exception management, and regulatory and operational support.
• Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business process analysis, procedure development, workflow optimization, issue resolution, testing, validation, and implementation of operational improvements.
• Handle billing exception work i.e. outsourts, implausibles etc.
• Sound knowledge of SAP utility system processes for exception handling.
