Job summary

Innovatech Staffing is seeking a senior SAP specialist to lead Customer Service business processes with a focus on IS-U and FICA. This remote role requires up to 25% travel to New York.

You will provide strategic research, document business requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as SME for SAP FICA and collections, bridging business and IT.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years SAP experience, IS-U, and a track record of improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with IS-U specialization.
• Expertise in customer service business processes and ongoing improvements.
• Experience documenting business requirements and regulatory/compliance considerations.
• Subject matter expert for SAP FICA and collections, including dunning and receivables reporting.
• Ability to liaise between business and IT to translate needs into technical requirements.

Job Description:

• 7+ years of SAP experience and must have IS-U experience
• Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FICA and collections processes, including customer account activities, payments, receivables, dunning, exception handling, and supporting operational reporting.
• Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements.
