Job summary

Innovatech Staffing is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U specialist to support Customer Service processes, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements in a remote role with travel up to 25% to NY or Portland, ME.

You will document requirements, serve as SME for CRM and front-office processes, and collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications while ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP IS-U experience.
• Document business requirements and support compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Serve as a SME for CRM and front-office Customer Service processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements.
• Support business process analysis, procedure development, workflow optimization, issue resolution, testing, validation, and implementation of operational improvements.

Job Description:

• 5+ years of SAP experience and must have IS-U experience
• Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for CRM and front-office Customer Service processes and transactions, and regulatory and operational support.
