Job summary

ChampionX, now part of SLB, is seeking a Billing Support Specialist in Williston, ND to provide administrative support across departments. You will use SAP for order-to-cash processing and support AR reporting, with strong Excel skills and data maintenance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of administrative experience with emphasis using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Order to Cash processing using SAP.
• Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Report creation/analyzation using SAP data export to Excel.
• Maintaining customer master data.
• Maintaining relevant EDI data in customer pay platforms.
• Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issues.
• Office Administration.
