While corporate billing experience is ideal, we are open to recent college graduates with any accounting background who demonstrate a strong personality and eagerness to learn. If you have a solid foundation in accounting, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
• Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing compliance
• Maintain and update billing records within SAP (a big plus)
• Generate reports and support audit processes as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
