Job summary

UGI Utilities, Inc is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to monitor and resolve billing data exceptions, maintain system users and workflows, and track meter-to-cash activities. The role serves as SAP subject matter expert for back-office billing functions and will lead UAT, training materials, and support regulatory reporting.

Based in Denver, PA or Wilkes-Barre, PA, you will collaborate with IT and operations to ensure accurate and timely billing outcomes while handling advanced billing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, analytics or finance preferred.
• 2+ years of SAP ECC experience preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with SAP, BDEx, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Billing Data Exceptions Administration and Monitoring.
• Serve as SAP System SME for back-office billing modules.
• Advanced Billing Operations including RNG uploads and IP adjustments.
• Develop training materials and desk procedures for billing staff.
