UGI Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to monitor and resolve billing data exceptions, maintain system users and workflows, and track meter-to-cash activities.

The role serves as the SAP subject matter expert for back-office billing, troubleshooting defects, leading UAT, and creating staff training materials. This position can be based in Denver, PA or Wilkes-Barre, PA and requires a higher level of technical proficiency, independent judgment, and the ability to handle

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with business, analytics, or financial concentration preferred.
• 2+ years of SAP ECC and/or related field experience preferred.
• Proven technical aptitude to leverage applications and software tools (SAP, BDEx, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Monitor and resolve billing data exceptions and maintain system users and workflows.
• Serve as SAP System SME for back-office billing modules; lead UAT and develop training materials.
• Handle advanced billing operations including RNG uploads and IP overpayments; support regulatory reporting and audits.
