Job summary

UGI Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to monitor billing data exceptions, manage SAP billing modules, and support RNG uploads and IP overpayments. The role covers back-office responsibilities, training, and UAT leadership.

The position can be based in Denver, PA or Wilkes-Barre, PA, requiring strong analytical skills and experience with SAP ECC/BOD and related tools. Collaboration with IT and finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with business, analytics, or financial concentration preferred.
• 2+ years of SAP ECC and/or related field experience preferred.
• Proven ability to leverage SAP, BDEx, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BDEx user access, permissions and configure billing workflows.
• Generate and monitor exception reports to identify billing anomalies and data issues.
• Analyze billing exceptions to determine root causes and prioritize resolutions.
• Serve as SAP System SME and liaise with IT on ECC and BOBJ issues.
• Design UAT scenarios for billing impacts and publish job aids.
• Deliver training sessions on SAP billing processes and system functionality.
• Explain billing concepts and oversee issue triage between staff and IT.
• Validate RNG data and process uploads; handle IP overpayments and CAP credits.
