Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, analytics, or finance preferred.
• 2+ years of SAP ECC and/or related field experience preferred.
• Proven technical aptitude to leverage applications such as SAP, BDEx, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Monitor and resolve billing data exceptions and workflow issues to ensure accurate billing outcomes.
• Serve as SAP system SME for back-office billing functions and lead UAT activities.
• Develop training materials and job aids for staff and deliver SAP billing process training.
• Handle advanced billing operations like RNG uploads, IP overpayments, and regulatory support.
