Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst specializing in SAP IS-U Billing to work on remote projects across the United States. The role covers the full meter-to-cash lifecycle for electricity and gas, with a focus on billing and invoicing optimization.

You will configure billing master data, model tariffs, and support complex billing scenarios including budget, RTP, and TOU, enabling scalable, compliant processes and strong client-facing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing with deep experience in the meter-to-cash lifecycle for utilities (electricity & gas).
• Expertise configuring billing master data, schemas, and complex tariff models (regulated and de-regulated).
• End-to-end billing knowledge: budget, RTP, TOU, mass jobs, exceptions, simulations, unbilled revenue, collective billing.
• Experience with SAP ISU Bill Print, Print Workbench, and forms integration (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms).
• Proven ability to liaise between business and IT and guide stakeholders on best practices.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA utilities and Fiori; capable of analyzing/debugging OData and web services in integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing processes across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.
• Configure and customize billing master data and tariff modelling for complex scenarios.
• Support end-to-end billing (budget, RTP, TOU) and batch processing with exception handling.
• Collaborate with Device Management and FICA for integrated solutions.
• Act as functional liaison between business and IT and drive digital transformation initiatives.
