Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Data entry and data verification skills required.
• Billing or invoice processing experience preferred.
• Experience with utility billing or energy management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Access customer and utility portals to download invoices and bills.
• Perform data capture, invoice verification, and data correction tasks.
• Identify missing or incomplete bills and follow up with utility providers.
• Communicate with vendors and utility companies to resolve billing issues.
• Run reports to track pending or missing invoices.
• Ensure invoices are collected, processed, and updated on time.
• Maintain accurate records within internal data management platforms.
• Support utility outreach and follow-up activities.
• Work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with team leads and operations staff for daily workload management.
• Participate in training and monitored performance support activities.
