The role requires a strong technical background, executive presence, and proven leadership in complex SAP programs, with a focus on clean core strategies and DevOps alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 10+ years in technology management and SAP Basis leadership.
• Proven ability to lead SAP upgrades and cloud migrations (RISE/GROW).
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global SAP Basis team delivering S/4HANA and BTP services.
• Oversee S/4HANA upgrades, readines checks, and code migrations.
• Govern CIS/IAS security and access across SAP landscape.
• Drive Data Mesh architecture and platform automation.
• Own lifecycle, roadmap, and release planning for SAP ecosystem.
• Ensure 99.9% availability across hybrid cloud environments.
