Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Basis Manager to lead the Basis team supporting SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and related technologies.

You will own strategy, system performance, and talent development across the SAP landscape, including cloud integrations and disaster recovery. The role requires deep SAP Basis expertise, strong people management, and the ability to align cross-functional partners with business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP Basis administration and architecture experience.
• 3+ years in a people-management or team-lead role.
• Experience with SAP RISE engagements and SAP hyperscaler deployments.
• Proven ability to lead Basis teams across multi-system landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop a Basis team with clear career paths.
• Ensure 24x7 support for critical SAP systems.
• Define and drive Basis strategy, standards, and architecture across SAP landscape.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, SOWs, and SLAs with SI/AMS partners.
• Coordinate with SAP ECS and infrastructure teams on hybrid architectures.
