Sirtex Medical in Boston area is seeking a SAP Business Analyst – Application Support focused on Production and Operations (PP, MM, QM, SD) with a secondary focus on Finance. You will own ticket intake, analysis, and resolution tracking, coordinating with external SAP partners.

The role requires 6+ years of SAP experience in a business/functional/support capacity, hands-on SAP knowledge, and strong communication with non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 6+ years SAP experience in a business/functional/support role.
• Hands-on SAP PP/MM/QM/SD knowledge.
• Understanding of shop-floor and supply-chain processes.
• Proven ticket-based support with SLA discipline (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
• Clear written communication with non-technical users.
• US work authorization; on-site in the Boston area; no remote.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ticket lifecycle in Zendesk; coordinate with AMS partners.
• Resolve L1 issues; document L2+ for escalation.
• Apply priority by importance-urgency; manage backlog aging.
• Follow up with AMS partner against SLA; participate in review forums.
• Gather CR requirements; write functional descriptions for implementation/AMS partner.
• Coordinate sign-off for production CRs; track through production release.
• Maintain CR pipeline and status reporting.
