Job summary

Talan, a global group delivering end-to-end Data & AI transformation, is seeking aSenior SAP AMS professional to own client relationships and governance across a portfolio of SAP engagements. You will drive continuous value by moving engagements from reactive service to proactive value creation.

You will lead structured governance, monitor service health, and manage incidents to meet SLAs, while shaping an improvement backlog with clients focused on automation, simplification, and adoption.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of ERP experience with significant SAP delivery and AMS exposure.
• Demonstrated experience owning client relationships, governance, and renewals.
• Strong command of ITIL-aligned practices and SAP S/4HANA; familiarity with RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP models.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead structured governance for each account, including operational meetings and service reviews.
• Oversee monitoring, release readiness, and priority incident management to meet SLA commitments.
• Build and prioritize an improvement backlog with clients covering automation, process simplification, and adoption gaps.
