Job summary

Talan, a global group delivering end-to-end Data & AI transformation, is seeking aSenior SAP AMS professional to own client relationships and governance across a portfolio of SAP engagements. You will drive continuous value by moving engagements from reactive service to proactive value creation.

You will lead structured governance, monitor service health, and manage incidents to meet SLAs, while shaping an improvement backlog with clients focused on automation, simplification, and adoption.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of ERP experience with significant SAP delivery and AMS exposure.
• Demonstrated experience owning client relationships, governance, and renewals.
• Strong command of ITIL-aligned practices and SAP S/4HANA; familiarity with RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP models.

Job description

• Reporting to the Principal Director, SAP AMS, you own client relationships and service health for a portfolio of SAP clients.
• You operate Talan's Continuous Value Operations model to move engagements from reactive service to continuous value creation.
