Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 to manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA AMS service delivery and client relationships onsite in the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, govern SLA/KPI, and drive incident management and continuous service improvement to deliver high-value ERP outcomes.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA AMS service delivery and client relationships onsite.
• Govern SLA/KPI, incident and problem management, changes, and minor enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams across FICO, O2C/SD, P2P/MM, EWM, ABAP, Fiori, and security.
• Lead operational governance, service reviews, risk tracking, and executive reporting.
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to translate priorities into delivery actions.
• Drive RCA, problem reduction, automation, knowledge management, and service improvement.
• Coordinate onsite, offshore, and vendor SAP teams; manage incidents.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning and stakeholder meetings for efficient delivery.
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies and tools.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget, and optimize resource allocation.
