Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to join the SURE unit, focusing on ABAP, HR/payroll integrations, and ERP customization. You will work across business units to validate specifications, design solutions, and implement features within SAP ERP packages.

The role involves system integration, data interfaces, documentation, and knowledge transfer, with exposure to US payroll interfaces and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Deep understanding of ABAP and OO ABAP concepts (RICEFW).
• Debugging (Logs / Traces).
• Working with HR Infotypes and HR-Forms / Payslip.
• Payroll Cluster-related development: PCL2 (RU), reading RT/CRT/WPBP/BT; working with RGDIR.
• Very good understanding of Benefits Interfaces in connection with US payroll.
• Very strong experience with Stored Procedures, Function Calls, Designing tables, data loads, calculation views.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities

Preferred Skill And Experience

Work on multiple platforms and technologies, helping ensure that payroll and HR integrations operate effectively and supporting the delivery of business-critical interfaces across the SuccessFactors landscape.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Additional Details

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN : $73,000 to $102,200

In Washington, DC : $66,500 to $100,300
