Infosys seeks a Package Consultant 3 to work in the SAP HR US Payroll domain within the SURE unit in the United States. You will analyze complex payroll processes, design integrations, and lead data migrations to ensure data integrity while aligning with enterprise architecture.

You will implement advanced ERP customizations, develop critical workflows, and drive compliance and security standards. Strong client-facing skills and SAP HR expertise are essential.

Formación

• Experience with SAP EC Payroll and US Payroll implementations.
• Hands-on payroll processing, PCRs, schemas, taxation, and reporting.
• ABAP code review from a functional perspective and SAP HR knowledge.

• Analyze complex payroll processes and draft requirements aligned to enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture; drive customization and integration.
• Design advanced ERP customizations and manage large-scale data migrations.
• Develop integration workflows connecting ERP with external apps; ensure data integrity.
• Implement performance optimization and compliance initiatives; lead training workshops.
• Produce detailed documentation for ERP customizations and share knowledge.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

• Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques
• Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience of working in SAP EC Payroll
• Experience as Payroll Consultant with hands-on experience in US Payroll implementations and Support.
• Expertise in supporting payroll runs, creating/modifying PCRs, schemas, taxation, reporting etc.
• Hands-on experience in executing year end payroll processes, LP/SP analysis and fitment.
• In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.
• Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective.
• Acts as the subject matter expert for the assigned domain (SAP HR – US PAYROLL) and product (SAP-HR)

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Additional Details

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

• In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA, VA : $114,000 to $167,000
• In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
