Job summary

Infosys Limited, a global leader in digital services, is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in the US to support SAP ERP/HR modules. You will gather requirements, contribute to solution design, and implement ABAP enhancements for HR/payroll, including Infotypes and payslip interfaces.

You will collaborate with business units and clients nationwide, ensure data integrity through ETL interfaces, and document customizations while adhering to security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll and US payroll.
• ABAP development and OO ABAP knowledge.
• HR Infotypes, Payslip and HR-Forms familiarity.
• Willingness to relocate/travel to work sites.
• US-work authorization; no visa sponsorship from Infosys.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill and Experience

• Deep understanding of ABAP and OOs ABAP concepts (RICEFW).
• Debugging (Logs / Traces)
• Working with HR / Payroll Infotypes and HR-Forms / Payslip.
• Payroll Cluster-related development: PCL2 (RU), reading RT/CRT/WPBP/BT; working with RGDIR.
• Very good understanding of Benefits Interfaces in connection with US payroll
• Very strong experience with Stored Procedures, Function Calls, Designing tables, data loads, calculation views

Preferred Skill and Experience

Work on multiple platforms and technologies, helping ensure that payroll and HR integrations operate effectively and supporting the delivery of business-critical interfaces across the SuccessFactors landscape.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN : $73,000 to $102,200

In Washington, DC : $66,500 to $100,300
