Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead delivery across SAP ABAP development projects. You will define requirements, design interfaces for mobile, web, and tablet platforms, and deliver development services aligned with business needs.

You will manage project lifecycles with a focus on quality, risk management, and client engagement, traveling as required. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of SAP ABAP experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 4–6 years SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong expertise in ABAP including OO ABAP, modularization, and debugging.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and enhancing ABAP-based solutions (reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, including integration across SAP modules and ABAP on HANA concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP back-end services.
• Strong understanding of SAP Data Dictionary objects, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices in SAP environments.
• Familiarity with SAP technologies such as Solution Manager, PI/PO (or CPI), SAP LT, Data Services, and SAP Security.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce client-ready documentation.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%.
