Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead end‑to‑end ABAP delivery across full project lifecycles, including design, build, test, and deployment. The role focuses on translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions and coordinating with client stakeholders.

You will guide teams, drive quality, and engage in regular client sessions, with 40–60% travel to client sites as required. Strong ABAP and SAP analytics experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 4–6 years hands‑on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong ABAP expertise including OO, modularization, debugging.
• Designing, developing, and enhancing ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms, and services.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC integration.
• Proficiency in ABAP on HANA concepts and SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and SAP DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of SAP ABAP projects, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Interact with external clients, guiding sessions and steering workstreams from planning to closure.
• Develop UI across mobile, web and tablet platforms, translating business requirements into solutions.
• Travel as needed (40–60%) to support client engagements.
