Toloka AI is seeking On-Site Recruitment Coordinators for a Santa Clara Valley, CA project. You will recruit, screen, schedule, and welcome participants for daily sessions, acting as the main on-site contact to ensure smooth operations.

This full-time temporary role runs from November 2026 through March 2027, Monday–Friday, on site. Strong English communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a people-facing role such as hospitality, events, front desk, or coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple schedules.

Responsibilities

• Recruit participants for research sessions through local outreach and outreach channels.
• Screen, register, schedule, and manage required paperwork for participants.
• Guide participants through check-in and on-site processes.
• Send confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows and ensure attendance.
• Act as main on-site contact to keep participants comfortable and informed.
• Coordinate daily schedules and handle last-minute openings.
• Keep the site organized and update the team on recruitment progress.
