Job summary

Blue Diamond Growers is seeking a Sanitation Technician 1 to help maintain cleanliness on the Main Production Line and office areas. You will support plant quality assurance and follow HACCP, GMPs, and safety protocols on a daily basis.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of basic custodial sanitation experience, plus the ability to obtain forklift certification. Candidates should be comfortable with lifting and standing during shifts on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic custodial/sanitation experience (1 year) required.
• Experience with cleaning chemicals (household & industrial) preferred.
• Ability to obtain BDG forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow established cleaning/sanitation schedules and SOPs for assigned areas.
• Use cleaning utensils/equipment and PPE per GMPs.
• Maintain safety practices and proper chemical usage throughout the site.
