Job summary

Blue Diamond Growers seeks a Sanitation Technician I to maintain cleanliness of the Main Production Line and offices, supporting QA initiatives and adhering to HACCP, GMPs, and safety practices. Under supervision, you follow cleaning schedules, use cleaning chemicals and equipment, wear PPE, and may operate site carts; forklift certification may be required to access certain areas of the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of basic custodial/sanitation experience.
• Experience with cleaning chemicals (household & industrial).
• Ability to obtain BDG forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Follows established schedules and SOPs for cleaning/sanitizing assigned areas.
• Uses cleaning utensils and equipment (vacuums, brooms, mops, steam cleaners, air hose, floor scrubber, etc.).
• Wears PPE and adheres to GMPs and safety practices.
• Operates golf carts to reach departments across the site.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or shift lead.
