Job summary

SCN BestCo in California is seeking a Sanitation Worker I to uphold high sanitation standards, clean production areas and equipment, and support GMP-aligned manufacturing operations. This role collaborates with Manufacturing, Maintenance and Quality teams to ensure consistent, high-quality production.

The position requires 1 year of janitorial or manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, and basic math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent required.
• 1 year of janitorial or manufacturing experience.
• Basic math, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of food safety and GMPs.
• Maintain clean, safe production environments throughout facility.
• Regularly clean equipment, machines, racks and other areas per sanitation schedule.
• Clean floors, walls and structures as directed.
• Dispose of trash and scrap following policies.
• Comply with Bloodborne Pathogens and Exposure Control policies.
• Assist with pest control program.
• Work safely with proper signage and safety items.
• Document sanitation activities and records as needed.
