You will work across all three shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with safety training and team initiatives as part of a hygienic, quality-focused production environment.
We have opening on all 3 shifts - 1st (6:00am - 2:00pm) 2nd (2:00pm - 10:00pm) 3rd (10:00pm - 6:00am)

The Sanitation Technician at Jackson's Food Company ensures the effective filtration and sanitation of equipment and the facility, adhering to established food manufacturing regulations and government sanitation requirements. Responsibilities include performing fryer and centrifuge cleaning as directed by the Sanitation Lead, maintaining overall cleanliness in the fryer rooms utilizing various cleaning equipment, both powered and non-mechanized. The technician follows instructions for safe lifting, reports defective equipment promptly, and complies with all applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) specific to their assigned area. Active participation in safety training, team development programs, and plant initiatives is a key aspect of the role. The Sanitation Technician contributes to upholding a hygienic and safe environment, supporting the company's commitment to delivering high-quality food products.
