Job Description: Janitorial and Sanitation Worker

Location: JW Nutritional LLC Corporate Office - Allen, TX

Shift: Graveyard

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to day-to-day janitorial, sanitation, and machine cleaning activities.
2. Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
3. Assist the Sanitation Supervisor in meeting sanitation requirements.
4. Ensure that product quality standards are understood and followed by all personnel.
5. Provide ongoing recommendations for improvements.
6. Maintain knowledge of cleaning procedures and SOPs.
7. Handle cleaning chemicals safely, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
8. Follow all instructions from immediate supervisor.
9. Record all cleaning tasks performed in logbooks.
10. Wash and sanitize production areas, warehouses, and office spaces according to SOPs.
11. Keep cleaning rooms organized and clean at all times.
12. Support production personnel with cleaning needs.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work rules.

Reports To:

Sanitation Supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Minimum one (1) year of experience in cleaning and sanitation.
2. Knowledge of cGMPs required.
3. High school diploma required.
4. Experience with lean and continuous improvement is preferred.
5. Strong written and oral English communication skills required.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
7. Ability to interpret and support company policies, procedures, and work rules.
8. Ability to adapt to workplace changes and new responsibilities.
9. Professional and positive representation of the company at all times.
