ByHeart is an infant nutrition company dedicated to innovation for babies and parents. Our mission is to produce the best formula in the world, based on the latest breast milk science, quality standards, and clinical research. We aim to create a future where all parents feel confident about feeding their babies, regardless of feeding method.
Since launching our Whole Nutrition Infant Formula in March 2022, we have been industry leaders, being the first U.S. manufacturer to use organic, grass-fed whole milk, and to include key proteins like alpha-lac and lactoferrin. We have received awards for purity and conducted extensive clinical trials demonstrating benefits such as less spit-up, softer poops, easier digestion, and more efficient weight gain. We own end-to-end manufacturing across three U.S. facilities and partner with major retailers like Walmart and Whole Foods, making our products accessible in over 70% of U.S. stores.
With over $400M in funding, we are expanding rapidly, supporting a team of over 300 employees nationwide. We offer competitive, family-first benefits including comprehensive health insurance, flexible paid time off, parental leave, 401(k) matching, and equity options.
