Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in food manufacturing or similar industries.
• 1-2 years' experience sanitation procedures with manufacturing equipment.
• 1-2 years' experience leading/supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sanitation tasks and supervise team members.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to workers.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA and SOPs.
• Prepare daily activity reports and inventory requests.
• Enforce PPE use and safety policies for all staff.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedule and deadlines.
