Job summary

Golden Pet Manufacturing is seeking a Team Leader in Seward, NE to lead sanitation operations. You will mentor day and mid-shift staff, schedule cleanings, ensure audit readiness and maintain sanitary conditions across the plant.

The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP, SSOPs and MSS, with collaboration across Safety, Production, Maintenance, FSQ, HR and Logistics to drive quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have sanitation leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Ability to mentor, train and coach team members to drive engagement and internal customer service.
• Familiarity with cGMP, SSOPs, MSS and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Work safely, comply with safety, quality and sanitation policies and report potential hazards.
• Mentor and coach day and mid-shift sanitation team members to drive engagement.
• Plan cleaning schedules and allocate resources for routine activities, changeovers and audits.
• Enforce SSOPs, maintain MSS and sanitation manuals; ensure compliance with cGMP.
• Assist in scheduling to keep the plant audit-ready daily.
• Manage chemical and consumable inventory.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Collaborate with Safety, Production, Maintenance, FSQ, HR and Logistics.
