Golden Pet Manufacturing is seeking a Team Leader to guide our sanitation crew in Seward, NE. You will coach, schedule, and mentor the day-to-day sanitation team, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of sanitation leadership experience in food manufacturing, a relevant degree, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while coordinating across departments.

Qualifications

• 1 year sanitation leadership in food manufacturing.
• AS/BS degree in a related field.
• Certifications such as PCQI or HACCP preferred.
• Willingness to work varying shifts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely lead sanitation team, identify and report hazards.
• Mentor day and mid-shift sanitation staff to boost engagement and internal service.
• Plan cleaning schedules and allocate resources for changeovers and daily activities.
• Enforce SSOPs, MSS, and maintain the sanitation manual; support cGMP practices.
• Prepare the plant to be audit-ready daily.
• Manage chemical and consumable inventory.
• Adhere to SOPs and 5S; maintain hygiene and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with Safety, Production, Maintenance, FSQ, HR and Logistics.
