Golden Pet Manufacturing is seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Seward, NE. You will help run the line, monitor product quality, and support equipment setup and maintenance while adhering to safety and sanitary standards. This role may involve cross-training across different positions within the department.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Able & willing to work all shifts/schedules as needed.
• Lift to 60 pounds and move heavy objects while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Work safely, complying with safety, quality and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Adhere to production schedule and collect data for delays.
• Perform quality checks and monitor product quality throughout manufacturing.
• Operate equipment per SOP, set up and breakdown as required, report mechanical issues.
• Cross-train to various positions within the department.
• Move products manually or with support devices, following food safety standards.
• Follow GMPs and 5S practices and maintain hygiene in the work area.
