Qualifications

• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.

• Must submit to OSHA Powered Industrial Truck training and pass tests.
• Operational knowledge of production and sanitation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates sanitation team in performing all SSOPs on equipment.
• Performs multi-variable platform surface swabbing sampling.
• Identifies and reports mechanical issues to the Sanitation Manager.
• Follows, records and updates Master Cleaning Schedule.
• Handles and dispenses chemicals according to procedure.
• Understands use of PPE and safety practices.
• Collaborates with maintenance during shake-downs as needed.
• Reports food safety and quality problems to responsible personnel.
