Job summary

MSI Express, INC is seeking a Group Coordinating Lead for Industrial Hygiene work on the 1st shift. This role supports sanitation operations, coordinates the sanitation team, and ensures adherence to SSOPs across packaging lines, blending and cartoning equipment.

The position requires strong safety awareness, ability to follow procedures, and experience with sanitation scheduling. The candidate may assist maintenance and must uphold food safety and quality throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to read, understand and follow direction/instruction.
• Operational knowledge of production and sanitation equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must submit to OSHA Powered Industrial Truck training and pass tests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sanitation team across equipment (packaging, cartoners, blending).
• Perform sanitation sampling and maintain cleaning schedules (Master Cleaning Schedule).
• Report mechanical issues to Sanitation Manager.
• Follow PPE and chemical handling procedures.
• Support maintenance during shake-down and sanitation tasks.
• Uphold food safety and quality standards within your influence.
