MSI Express, Inc is seeking a Sanitation Lead to coordinate the sanitation team and execute SSOPs across all packaging and processing equipment. The role involves sampling, reporting mechanical issues, and updating the Master Cleaning Schedule, with strict adherence to safety and PPE requirements.

The ideal candidate will understand all sanitation equipment, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in required site training including allergen programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime when needed (Essential).
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules (Essential).
• Ability to read, understand and follow direction/instruction (Essential).
• Operational knowledge of all production and sanitation equipment (Essential).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently (Essential).
• Must submit to OSHA Powered Industrial Truck training and pass tests (Essential).
• Knowledge of plant/warehouse equipment (Essential).

Responsabilités

• Coordinates sanitation team in performing all SSOPs on all equipment.
• Performs multi-variable platform surface swabbing sampling device.
• Identifies and reports mechanical issues to Sanitation Manager.
• Follows, records and updates Master Cleaning Schedule.
• Handles and dispenses chemicals according to procedure.
• Assists maintenance with shake-down during sanitization procedures.
• Reports Food Safety and Quality problems promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
