Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Sanitation Team Lead for our Excelsior Springs facility. This full-time role supports sanitation activities Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm, with pay at $28.00 per hour.

You will lead sanitation operations and ensure GMP, HACCP, and safety standards to protect product integrity. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in food production sanitation, strong teamwork, and the ability to train others on procedures and WE systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in manufacturing or food production sanitation preferred.
• Understand GMP, HACCP and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sanitation processes and ensure equipment is clean and food safe.
• Lead sanitation team, mentor teammates, and support supervisor.
• Maintain accurate sanitation records and compliance reporting.
• Train staff on safety protocols and WE systems.
