Winland Foods, Inc. in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Sanitation Team Member to lead daily sanitation activities and support production teams in a clean, safe environment.

You will ensure equipment is clean, follow GMP guidelines, and contribute to food safety and quality while collaborating with a multi-shift team to maintain high standards and ongoing improvements. This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work Tue-Sat shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or food sanitation preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsabilités

• Assist with routine and non-routine plant sanitation activities.
• Ensure equipment is clean and food safe.
• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on sanitation equipment.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and company food safety policies.
• Support training and SOP development; contribute to 5S and continuous improvement.
