Job summary

Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is seeking a Sanitation Lead for a Wednesday–Saturday shift from 2:15pm to 12:45am. The role coordinates sanitation activities, coaches the team, and ensures adherence to safety, GMP, and SQF policies in a fast-paced facility.

You will lead sanitation tasks, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with Quality and Production to resolve issues, while supporting the shift handoffs and following all SOPs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a large team in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with GMP, SQF, and safety policies.
• Experience in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees sanitation tasks to support the production team and facility operations.
• Coaches all employees to follow policies and procedures.
• Supports the production department by cleaning and preparing for next shift.
• Collaborates with Quality or Production to solve problems as needed.
• Follows standard operating procedures including safety, GMP, and PPE/hygiene policies.
