Winland Foods, Inc. in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Sanitation Team Member to support daily sanitation in a clean, safe production environment. You will assist the Sanitation Supervisor, ensure equipment is clean and food safe, and help uphold high food safety and quality standards.

The role offers a Tue–Sat shift 7:00am–4:30pm, with a starting wage of $21.50 per hour and comprehensive benefits. A High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing sanitation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in manufacturing or food production sanitation preferred.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine plant sanitation activities and maintenance.
• Ensure equipment is clean and food safe.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety policies.
• Communicate sanitation results to teams within the plant.
• Assist training and SOP development; support 5S initiatives.
• Prepare accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
