Winland Foods, Inc. in Buckner, KY is seeking a Certified Sanitation Team Member to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety on the production floor. You will lead sanitation activities, support line employees, and partner with the Sanitation Supervisor to maintain a safe, compliant facility.

The role requires a High School diploma, 2 years in manufacturing sanitation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shift is 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in manufacturing or food production sanitation preferred.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and advise on sanitation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine and non-routine plant sanitation activities.
• Ensure equipment is clean and food safe.
• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on sanitation equipment.
• Communicate sanitation results to other teams within the plant.
• Assist with SOP development and training.
