Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Team Lead to guide daily sanitation activities and support line employees in a high‑speed production environment. You will ensure equipment is clean, food safe, and compliant with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and FSMA standards while mentoring the sanitation team.

The role demands strong leadership, teamwork, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement; you will help optimize workflows and drive safety and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or food production sanitation experience.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sanitation activities and oversee sanitation processes.
• Ensure equipment is clean and food safe; perform inspections and maintenance.
• Train team members on sanitation procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors; support knife-edge process improvements.
