Job summary

Johnsonville is seeking a Sanitation Technician / Assistant Team Lead for the 3rd shift in designated facility to lead daily sanitation and ensure all equipment is cleaned to meet strict food-safety standards.

You will train and motivate team members, manage schedules, and monitor performance while coordinating with production and USDA inspectors to maintain compliance and drive improvements.

• Ability to lead by example and involve others in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in safety, quality and performance.
• Coordinate training for sanitation team members.
