Johnsonville, LLC. is hiring a Sanitation Technician / Assistant Team Lead for the 3rd shift in Sheboygan Falls, WI. You will lead the sanitation team, ensure safety, quality and sanitation standards, and keep facilities ready for the next production cycle.

You’ll motivate, train and develop team members, manage daily scheduling and shift paperwork, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with USDA-regulated processes. Strong leadership required.

• Experience in leadership or supervision.
• Demonstrated communication and listening skills.
• Ability to lead by example and involve others in decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team in safety, quality and performance.
• Coordinate training needs for sanitation team members.
• Schedule and allocate resources to maximize line output.
• Coach team members and guide disciplinary processes when needed.
• Maintain daily performance reports and shift paperwork.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and implement plans.
