Johnsonville, LLC. is seeking a Sanitation Team Lead to guide a productive group and uphold stringent sanitation, safety and quality standards. You will lead, train, and motivate Members, driving improvements and ensuring compliance with USDA/HACCP requirements.

Expect to collaborate with suppliers and inspectors, manage schedules and resources, and support multiple shifts. A proactive, change-agent mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of leadership/supervision experience.
• Knowledge of safety, USDA, HACCP regulations.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities.
• Ability to lead by example and involve others in decisions.
• Willingness to work across shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team to deliver strong performance.
• Lead safety and sanitation initiatives aligned with standards.
• Coordinate training and ensure compliance with quality and safety.
• Drive process improvements and efficient use of resources.
• Ensure timely master sanitation schedule completion.
• Collaborate with USDA inspectors and suppliers.
• Monitor sanitation outcomes and take corrective actions.
• Participate in hiring decisions for vacants.
