Job summary

Jack Link's is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead the sanitation team in our Perry, GA facility. You will ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, manage staffing, and maintain sanitary conditions in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, enforcing safety rules, maintaining records, and coordinating with management to meet production goals. This role operates on 7:30pm–6am shifts with strong emphasis on food safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred (2+ years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sanitation team and coordinate shift staffing.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP and SSOP compliance in daily work.
• Maintain sanitation records and paperwork.
• Coach and train team members on safety and sanitation.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure proper staffing and hiring.
